Registration: All bidders must register and provide proper identification the day of the auction. Bidding will be by the number system.
Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa or Master card. A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchases. A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchase using visa or Master card.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold “As-Is†“Where-Is†with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Removal will be from the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 pm and on Monday, April 18th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Lunch Served: Lunch and Refreshments will be available the day of the auction.
Restrooms: Porta-Pot On-site.
