All items are palletized or easily accessible for easy removal. Freight shipping can be coordinated, and loading assistance will be available.
REMOVAL TIMES MAY BE SCHEDULED WITH THE AUCTIONEER FOR SATURDAY, MAY 29TH & TUESDAY, JUNE 1ST FROM 9:00AM-2:00PM. FOR ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIMES, PLEASE CONTACT THE AUCTIONEER. FINAL REMOVAL DEADLINE WILL BE JUNE 11TH.
Online Bidding Instructions
Bidding is open May 21st through 28th, and bids may be placed anytime up until the auction closes. Lot 1 will close at 12:00 Noon on Friday, May 28th, with subsequent lots closing in staggered sequence each minute with a soft-close format (if a bid is received in the last 2 minutes, the bidding extends for another 2 minutes for that item). Three lots will close each minute -- if bidding is extended on previous lots, it DOES NOT push back the time for the next lots.

Terms & Conditions
Registration: All bidders must register and bid through the Proxibid site. For assistance, please contact Auctioneer.
Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa, Discover or Master Card. A 16% buyer's premium will be charged to all purchases. A 3% discount will be given to all purchase paying by cash or check. Payment not received by 3:00 PM EST on Monday, May 31st will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Sales Tax: A 7% Sales Tax will be charged to all purchases. For tax exempt businesses, please submit documentation to the auctioneer. NO SALES TAX CHARGED ON THE FORKLIFTS.
Condition of Items: All items are being sold "As-Is, Where-Is" with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.
Removal: Items may be removed on SATURDAY, MAY 29th and TUESDAY, JUNE 1ST by appointment only. Additional removal time may be scheduled--arrangements must be made with the Auctioneer. FINAL REMOVAL DEADLINE: JUNE 11TH. Any items not removed within this time frame will be forfeited by the Buyer, may be resold, and any cost of removal, deficiency or loss may be charged to the Buyer. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for all risk of loss, property damage, personal injury caused by removal, and all costs of removal of items/lots purchased. Moving & loading services contracted with any rigging or moving company are independent of the Auctioneer, and Auctioneer shall be held harmless from any claims arising between the buyer and said company.
Loading Assistance & Shipping: Assistance with loading will be available. Most items are palletized for easy removal. Freight shipping can be coordinated--contact Auctioneer for additional details prior to bidding.
