Survey: The property will be not be surveyed. If the Buyer or Buyers lender requires a survey it will be at the sole cost of the Buyer.

Possession: Possession will be given to the Buyer the day of final closing.
Closing Fee: The closing fee as charged by the title company; shall be split 50:50 between the Buyer and Seller.
