About the Auction

It is with great excitement that we are able to bring to you the Dave and Suzanne Anglin Auction on Saturday, August 1st at 9:00 am. For over 30 years Dave and Suzanne Anglin have been aquiring real estate along the Maumee River just east of Downtown Fort Wayne. This assemblage of properties became known as "River City" this unique area became home to numerous enterprises of Dave and Suzanne throughout the years. This includes the famous River City Pool Hall which quickly grew into one of the largest pool halls and bars in the Midwest. Additionally they operated several successful Industrial Companies and other ventures through-out the years. However,after 30 years adventures,collecting and successful enterprises the Anglins have decided to take life easier. Do not miss out on this very unique auction - this offers something for everyone.

Registration: All bidders must register and provide proper identification the day of the auction. Bidding will be by the number system.

Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa or Master card in the event that you are not know by the auction company a bank letter of guarantee will be required. A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchases. A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchase using visa or Master card.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold “As-Is” “Where-Is” with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller. Removal: Removal will be from the conclusion of the auction until 5:00 pm and on Monday, August 3rd from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. If additional time is need for removal please see an auction representative.
