Rigger will be on-site the day of the auction, and Monday for additional removal time. For liability purposes, all equipment must be removed from the facility by approved and insured riggers and moving companies.


Terms & Conditions



Date and Time: The Auction will begin promptly at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 9th, 2014. The doors will open at 8:00am auction day for final inspection and bidder registration.

Method of Payment: A 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on all purchases. All bidders must register and provide proper identification. All items are sold "As-is, where is" and must be paid in full the day of the sale in CASH, CHECK, Visa or MasterCard. In the event the Buyer is paying by Visa or MasterCard a 3% convenience fee will be charged to the Buyer.

Online Bidding: Online bidding will be available on BidSpotter.com; please see online terms and conditions for complete details.

Electrical Disconnection: Equipment hooked to facility power will be disconnected by Auction Company after bidding has concluded for that item.

Removal: For liability purposes, all equipment removal must be done by rigging and moving companies. Multiple riggers will be present the day of the auction. All rigging and moving companies must show proof of insurance. No items will be removed without proof of payment. Removal times will be from the conclusion until 5:00pm and on Monday, August 11th from 9:00am until 12:00 Noon, or as determined by the Auctioneer. If additional time is needed for removal, please contact the auction company to make arrangements.

Parking: Plenty of Parking including trailer parking will be available, watch for Steffen Group parking signs.
