Registration: All bidders must register and provide proper identification the day of the auction. Bidding will be by the number system.

Method of Payment: All purchase must be paid in full day of sale by check, cash, Visa or Master card. A 10% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchases. A 13% buyer’s premium will be charged to all purchase using visa or Master card.

Condition of Items: All items are being sold “As-Is” “Where-Is” with no warranty being expressed or implied by the Auction Company or the Seller.

Removal: Items may be removed on auction day for one hour after the conclusion of the sale. For larger items that cannot be removed the day of the sale, arrangements for removal must be made with the Auctioneer on auction day.
