The Steffen group is seeking to hire professional individuals with at least five years experience in the auction and real estate industry. These individual should be licensed auctioneers and or real estate brokers. The ideal candidates will have experience marketing real estate via the auction method. Primary responsibilities will be to prospect new clients/auctions projects. This entailing, locating, budgeting, negotiating and marketing real estate auctions. You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the auction event through closing. The ideal candidate must be well organized, professional, knowledgeable about his or her field or expertise and highly motivated.
